Phones on the WiFi time out, but the page works on the room PC
- CAUSE
- No firewall rule for port 8760, or the Windows network profile is Public.
- FIX
- Re-run the installer as Administrator, and set the network profile to Private or Domain.
Phones join the WiFi but cannot reach the address
- CAUSE
- Client isolation on the access point — common on guest networks.
- FIX
- Turn client isolation off between participants and the room PC.
"Audio heard" stays red
- CAUSE
- The capture source is not the device the call plays through.
- FIX
- On the Audio page choose "Everything this PC plays", or the app or line-in actually in use, then Save and restart capture.
Some sentences never arrive in one language
- CAUSE
- Shown by the Not translated or Never spoken counter on the Live page.
- FIX
- Reduce to fewer languages, or check that the language is among the ones expected for the meeting.
Names and ranks come out paraphrased
- CAUSE
- The term is not in the glossary.
- FIX
- Add it under Settings → Glossary. It applies to every language.
Listeners say it is falling behind
- CAUSE
- Long sentences, or the listener paused their phone.
- FIX
- Listeners can tap Skip to live from the options sheet. A line feed from the mixer also shortens recognition.
The meeting has ended, but phones are still open
- CAUSE
- Phones stay on the page and pick up the next meeting by themselves.
- FIX
- Nothing to fix — they show a calm "meeting ended" notice and resume automatically.
Nothing matches. Try another word, or contact support.
Support that never needs a way in.
You open the door. Your operator starts a session with your own approved tool, when you choose.
Attended throughout. Your staff watch every action.
The door closes. End the session and the route is gone. Air-gapped rooms: telephone, or on site under escort.
